7. Home-made Wrap – Low Carb almost No Carb !

Home-Made Tuna & Mayo Wrap

Ingredients

  • 1 x small egg
  • Seasoning to taste
  • 70 g tinned tuna in spring water
  • 20 g home-made mayo – see recipe page for recipe
  • 10 g mixed lettuce leaf

Method

  • Beat egg until thoroughly mixed, add a little water and beat some more
  • Add seasoning
  • Spread as thinly as possible in a heavy base frying pan cook until done (slightly crisp is good)
  • Whilst still warm and pliable spread tuna & mayo mix and add the mixed leaf salad
  • Fold into wrap

This tastes excellent and you can add any filling you like.  Another suggestion which I will be trying quite soon is Mackerel and Horseradish – sounds divine!
