How am I doing – Weekly Weigh In

Well good news for me…

December 25th 109.2 kg

1st January 2012 107.6kg

Total loss this week = 1.5kg or just over 3 lbs in a week and at Christmas too….

I am sure that Martin will have something to say about this later, it is faster weight loss than he would like to see.  Our last discussion on the 21st of Dec was that he doesn’t want me to lose than about 6lbs in a month, kinda half way there in a week AND AT CHRISTMAS TOO!!!!

So let me reword that: Thnx for the treat! But yeah Thnkx for spending the time to discuss this, I feel strongly about it and love reading more on this topic. If possible, as you become expertise, would you mind updating your blog with more details? It is highly helpful for me. Big thumb up for this blog post!
